Listening Data: We collect anonymous listening events including station played, duration, country, and genre tags. This data is associated with a random device identifier, not your personal identity.

Account Data: If you create an account, we collect your email address and display name for authentication and favorites sync.

Payment Data: Subscription payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store credit card numbers. See Dodo Payments Privacy Policy.

Cookies: We use localStorage for preferences (language, favorites, recent stations). If you consent to advertising, Google AdSense may set tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and improve the radio streaming service
• Generate anonymous aggregate analytics for radio station owners (B2B)
• Sync your favorites and preferences across devices (when signed in)
• Process subscription payments
• Display relevant advertisements (with your consent)

3. Data Sharing

We share anonymous, aggregate listening statistics with radio station owners who subscribe to our B2B analytics plans. We never sell personal data. We share data with:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication and database hosting
• Dodo Payments: Payment processing
• Google AdSense: Advertising (only with your consent)
• Vercel: Application hosting

4. Your Rights (GDPR / LGPD / CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of advertising cookies
• Export your favorites and listening history
• Withdraw consent at any time

5. Data Retention

Anonymous listening events are retained for 12 months. Account data is retained until you delete your account. Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years).

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (Firebase). Access to personal data is restricted to authorized systems only.
