1. Service Description

RadioMercosur is an internet radio aggregator that provides access to live radio streams from around the world via the RadioBrowser API. We do not host or produce radio content — we provide a discovery and playback interface for publicly available streams.

2. Listener Terms

The basic listening service is free. You may create an account to sync favorites across devices. You agree not to use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the service.

3. Station Owner Subscriptions

Station owners may subscribe to paid plans (Verified, Promoted, Enterprise) to receive analytics, badges, and enhanced placement. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Dodo Payments.

• Verified ($29/mo): Listener analytics dashboard, verified badge on station card, geographic breakdown
• Promoted ($99/mo): Everything in Verified + priority placement in search results and map
• Enterprise ($299/mo): Everything in Promoted + API access + embeddable player widget

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of any new subscription. Contact support@radiomercosur.studio for refund requests.

5. Content & Copyright

Radio streams are provided by third-party broadcasters. RadioMercosur does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of any radio station. If you believe content infringes your copyright, please contact our DMCA agent at dmca@radiomercosur.studio.

6. Limitation of Liability

RadioMercosur is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for stream availability, audio quality, or content accuracy. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users.
